During the Covid-19 pandemic, I faced the same reality as many others: my real estate practice was shut down by government mandate. Recognizing that thousands were in a similar predicament, I began creating digital products. I realized that many would not be returning to their jobs, but lacked the opportunity to attend college and develop skill sets for better positions as the markets reopened. Additionally, there were individuals already barred from certain industries due to their past, yet still needing to provide for their families.

I realized there was a growing demand for entrepreneurship. With many workers transitioning to remote jobs, disliking their current roles, and yearning to pursue their passions, it became clear that people needed to increase their skills, guidance and build confidence to develop and grow their own businesses. This insight inspired the birth of "Brocks" over five years ago.
